Want to take an Avalanche course but cost is a barrier? Friends of the Avalanche Center have generously offered several scholarships for their Avalanche Fundamentals Field Days in the month of December!
Avalanche Fundamentals is an introduction to avalanche basics. It covers the basics of weather observations, snowpack development, avalanche terrain identification, travel techniques and companion rescue. Apply for a scholarship by filling out the form below and we will reach out shortly to confirm your spot! $15 deposit is required to hold your spot and will be returned once you attend the course.
